Kick Off the Fall Campaign With Us on September 9

The 2026 election is just two months away, and it’s time to kick off the fall campaign season.

Join the Blaine County Republicans on Wednesday, September 9 at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Campus in Hailey for a candidate forum and campaign kickoff.

You’ll have an opportunity to meet Blaine County and Legislative District 26 Republican candidates, hear directly from them about their campaigns, ask questions, and talk with them one-on-one.

Candidates who have confirmed attendance include (click on each name below to visit their campaign website):

Bryan Hyde — Idaho Senate
Mike Pohanka — Idaho House 26A
Lyle Johnstone — Idaho House 26B
Logan Davis — Blaine County Commission
Darcy Creech — Blaine County Clerk

Each candidate will speak briefly about their campaign, followed by plenty of time for questions and conversation.

We’ll also be talking about how you can get involved during the final stretch before Election Day on November 3. We are looking for volunteers to help get the word out about Republican candidates as well as Prop 1, which would expand abortion in Idaho, including late-term abortions and abortions for minors without parental consent.

We’ll need volunteers across Blaine County to help with door knocking, sign distribution, voter outreach, and other efforts to get out the vote and encourage strong turnout on November 3.

Precinct Committee representatives from across the county will be at the candidate forum to help you find a way to get involved. Whether you can give us an afternoon, an evening, or more throughout the fall, there will be opportunities to help.
