Vote No on Prop 1

If Prop 1 passes, Idaho will have one of the most radical abortion laws in the country.

Late-Term Abortions

Idaho has long defined viability as when a baby could survive outside the womb with medical aid. Prop 1 redefines viability to require sustained survival without support, potentially excluding premature babies who need oxygen, nutrition, or other interventions – and going way beyond Roe v Wade.

No Parental Consent

The measure overrides Idaho’s parental consent law, creating a right to abortion for “every person” regardless of age – allowing minors to obtain abortions without parental permission and gutting parental rights.

Weakens Safety Standards

The measure allows abortion in consultation with broadly defined “health care providers,” including licensed non-doctors and potentially abortion clinic staff.

Prop 1 is Too Extreme for Idaho!

Vote NO on November 3.
